Spa Policies and Etiquette


This information is provided to ensure our clients have  a quality experience here at Enchanté Cottage Spa.

Appointments: We operate by appointment on the hour Monday through Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome, however to insure your preferred appointment time we suggest booking at least a week in advance. 


Cancellations: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Cancellations without prior notice or No Shows are subject to a required payment in full.
Spa Parties and Events: All spa parties of 3 or more people must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. Luncheons must also be requested at least a week in advance. Spa parties of 3 or more are automatically charged a 20% gratuity. We also request a 50% or $100 deposit one week prior to any event.

Payment: We accept Checks, Credit Cards & Venmo. 


Gratuity: As a guideline, 15-20% gratuity is usual in the Salon Industry. Of course, gratuity is up to your discretion.

While in the salon, please silence or turn off all cell phones. We offer many salon services and must maintain a relaxing ambiance.
